Description
A hand stitched brooch with a single fly agaric toadstool among autumnal leaves.
The picture is built up with felt and strands of embroidery thread on fabric scraps. It’s edged with a rich brown velvet ribbon which gives it some structure and a luxurious feel. The contrasting colours of the scarlet cap and the bright white spots and stem stand out from the gentler tones of the leaves.
The brooch measures about 3x5cms and has a brooch pin with a safety catch on the reverse to keep it nice and secure, and will arrive in a little organza bag.
